"UPDATE: I spoke with Fernando’s office and it looks like there was a tech error and the policy showed it had been sent in February with my renewal notice. While I got the renewal notice I never received the updated policy. It was sent to me the same day so I have upgraded my review to a 4. Hopefully their tech issues get fixed so this doesn’t happen to other folks. —————————————- We bought our renters insurance through State Farm a year ago and have had no issues whatsoever until we went to renew our policy. Policy expires on April 5th, I renewed it first thing on April 2nd and expected an updated policy would be sent out immediately. Here it is the morning of the 4th and I have no updated policy. I followed up with their office first thing on the 3rd with no response. So here I am with no proof of insurance and no communication from their office on when I can expect the updated policy. I’ve had renters insurance for decades and there’s never been this kind of delay in getting the policy updated once the renewal is received. Unacceptable customer service."
